‘Vighnaharta Shri Siddhivinayak,’ is a film based on real life experiences of devotees of famous deity Lord Siddhivinayak. This movie will have a star-studded presence with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. They are playing pivotal roles in that film.

The film directed by debutant Yashwant Ingole, who assisted noted director Madhur Bhandarkar in many of his movies, is slated for an October release.

Telugu actor Brahmanandam will feature in third silent movie in India’s modern cinematic history.

Producer Sonia Reddy announced that shooting is to begin soon.

Reddy said that Arun Kumar will be director of this film, and Ilayaraja will give the music.

The first Indian silent film was Raja Harishchandra in 1913 by Dadasaheb Phalke, who had awarded with the highest Indian filmmaking award.

In 1988, Pesum Padam, that was renamed “Pushpak” in Hindi, featuring Kamal Hassan, was the last silent movie released. But it had some soundtrack and music effects.

It is said that Madras has the distinction of introducing the first ‘talkie’ in 1909, but it must be remembered that the sound included from an external source.

Australian pace bowler Brett Lee is now ready to show his cricketing skills in Bollywood with his debuted Manmohan Shetty’s “Victory“.

Lee would play the role as he is in real life in the movie.

Lee said that he enjoyed the movie because he just got to play himself.

He shares his on-shoot experiences, he added that they used to play a lot of cricket on the sets and his co-stars got cricketing tips from him.

This movie is the story of a small-town cricketer (Harman Baweja) who makes it big in the international cricket with the help of Lee in the movie.

Salman Khan is not only upset about his spat with Shah Rukh Khan, but the way in which the media covered it . He has requested his fans to ignore negative reports about him.

‘For the next few days you will hear and read a lot of s**t about me, a lot of it. Keep on reading it, but don’t react to it. I don’t, ‘ Salman wrote on his blog.

‘Read all the negatives and read till they get tired of writing. Everyone goes through this, but not for long. I say just look good, feel good and do good, that’s it.’

Salman, who is hosting Sony TV’s reality game show ‘Dus Ka Dum’, told that one should behave as though a barking dog was chasing your car.

‘You don’t stop the car and start reacting to the dog. You don’t! There’s no point. I don’t wish to react. I don’t have the time for it. Besides, I don’t understand the language of dogs, except for my two - Myson and Myjaan, ‘ Salman wrote.

He and Shah Rukh had a spat during the star-studded birthday party of Salman’s girlfriend Katrina Kaif July 16.

The long-lost friends Aamir and Salman Khan are bonding once again, and have chosen to work together again.

They will be comeback in the sequel of their 1994-cult movie, Andaz Apna Apna .

This film will be produced by Aamir Khan and directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, director of the earlier version.version.

According to the source, Aamir has already told to Santoshi about the sequel and Santoshi has loved the idea of directing Aamir and Salman together again.

Santoshi confirmed the news, and said that Aamir has been talking about this to him for some time now. He will be writing the script, but it won’t be a sequel.

Santoshi said that Aamir is a good friend and he will be a fantastic producer for producing this film.

Vidya Balan and Shahid Kapur haveenjoyed great rapport during the making of ‘Kismat Konnection’, but, now they are not on talking terms.

Their friendship ended with the release of the film, which got a lukewarm response at the box office.

‘Vidya and Shahid have not talked to each other after wrapping up the shooting of the film,’ said a source close to the production team of the film.

‘They share a formal relationship and act more like colleagues in an office. The duo were seen at the premiere, but they were hardly talking to each other,’ added the source.

Shahid and Vidya’s pair was much appreciated by the whole team of the film.

Even director Aziz Mirza had commented about their pairing,’I think Shahid and Vidya make a perfect pair. They reciprocate to each other very well and I think they will form one of the best pairs of Bollywood in the future.’
