Saif Ali Khan is desperate for Kareena Kapoor
Saif is feeling Bebo-sick nowadays. He starts his first home production with co-star Deepika Padukone but wishes Kareena was with him on this ambitious project being directed by Imtiaz Ali .
No matter how much Saif wanted it at the time of casting, Imtiaz insisted on having Deepika rather than Kareena opposite Saif in the film. But it was a decision Saif took many months back.
The actor says if he had to take the call today, he would have insisted on having Kareena. In fact, Saif goes on to add that he would have dropped Imtiaz Ali rather than not having Kareena in the project.
It is impossible to change at the eleventh hour when Saif is already in London to begin the film’s shoot.
However, the actor has vowed to have Kareena in his second home production Agent Vinod , an espionage thriller to be directed by Sriram Raghavan.
While Saif is in London, Kareena is presently shooting Main Aur Mrs Khanna in Australia. She will perform at the upcoming IIFA weekend in Bangkok and then visit Saif in London before flying off to the US to shoot Sajid Nadiadwala’s film Kambakht Ishq with Akshay Kumar .
