Kareena’s secret diet?

Kareena, in fact ate parathas, momos and bananas while she was trying to loss weight.

The actor’s nutritionist and dietician Rujuta Diwekar disclosed that Kareena not at all went on a crash diet. Rather, she was eating the so called fattening foodstuffs all through.
KareenaKareena’s dietician also said that Kareena came to her to shed those extra kilos off her body because her role in the film Tashan needed her to sport the lean and slim appearance.

Kareena acts a call-centre employee in the film who is all the time looking for chances to deceive people and “someone who can never be believed”.

Rujuta stated, “Kareena gave me a brief saying that her character required her to be lean and sexy. She required a diet that’d help to lose weight. I knew that Kareena is a pure vegetarian and I wondered if she’d be able to attain her aim of losing a few kilos by just having a vegetarian diet.”
